So my Mom was here visiting for a few days and we started sewing the headbands for The Little Cloth Co. and I’m SO EXCITED. They’re turning out so good and I can’t wait to open up my shop. Don’t forget to go follow along on instagram for now!
Between headband making, blog projects and unpacking things have been crazy busy around here. But I’ve found some time to explore some new thrift shops which has been super fun. I’m on the hunt for the perfect, pink vintage rug for Eloise’s nursery that doesn’t cost me my soul. So far, eBay and Etsy aren’t doing me any good. I need to find some good shops around here to check out!
I promise I’ll share a little home tour soon so you can check out our new digs. Things are looking pretty disastrous right now but once things get cleaned up a bit I’ll snap some pics!
Something I’m also super excited about is the Haven Blog Conference. I’m heading out next Thursday to Atlanta and I can’t wait. It’s my first conference and will be my first time meeting a lot of my blogging friends in person. It’s crazy how close I’ve become to some of them, yet we’ve never actually met. We have such a great time just chatting online, I can only imagine what it’s going to be like in real life. Plus there are going to be tons of cool brands there and lots of workshops and classes to take. I know it’s going to get me feeling inspired and refreshed creatively and I’m so looking forward to that.
It’s also going to be my first overnight trip away from Eloise 🙁 I’m gonna miss her so much! Plus she’ll be turning 6 months while I’m away. But she’ll be in good hands with Dan and my FIL.
Not much planned this weekend besides headband making and continuing to get things organized around here.
